In an email conversation with a friend this morning I asked her to pray for me about something specific…she responded with “Thanks for asking me to pray”. Caught me off guard for a sec and I realized that I don’t often get thanked for asking people to pray for me or for something. I usually assume that it’s a burden and I don’t ask. So I think I will start asking more and I will also try to be thankful when I get to pray and when others pray. I guess it’s a both and kind of thing…
